Ramp Raises $1.85 Billion in Funding, Valuation Reaches $60 Billion
Ramp, a corporate financial services platform, has raised $1.85 billion in its latest funding round, bringing its valuation to $60 billion. The round was led by Dragoneer Investment Group, with participation from Thrive Capital, Founders Fund, Sands Capital, and Avenir. Ramp plans to develop more AI-enabled products and continue hiring. Earlier this year, Ramp completed two acquisitions and may pursue more in the future. Eric Glyman, co-CEO of Ramp, stated that the new funding brings the company closer to its IPO goal. This funding round comes about four months after Ramp's previous round, which raised $750 million at a valuation of $44 billion. Ramp launched its stablecoin accounts and payment services in July of this year.
