Crypto.com ai.com Still Not Launched After Super Bowl Debut
Crypto.com’s personal AI agent service ai.com has yet to be opened to the public since its Super Bowl debut in February this year. During the Super Bowl, ai.com aired a $15 million advertisement, resulting in a surge of user reservations for personal AI agent accounts, causing the website to crash within minutes. Nearly eight months later, the site still displays a queue message due to high demand. A spokesperson for Crypto.com confirmed that the platform is still under development, and ai.com continues to operate in stealth mode, with more details to be provided upon official launch. The AI agent capabilities of ai.com extend beyond financial scenarios, allowing users to schedule tasks, send messages, operate across applications, and build projects, claiming that the agent can autonomously develop missing capabilities and share improvements. Meanwhile, competitors have launched more specialized AI assistants, with Robinhood announcing an AI agent capable of executing automated trades within the app, Kraken launching AI financial tools in July, and Bitget introducing the AI trading assistant GetAgent in June. During this period, Crypto.com continues to invest in its AI business.
