CME Plans to Launch BCH and UNI Futures on October 19
The Chicago Mercantile Exchange plans to launch Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Uniswap (UNI) futures on October 19, depending on the results of regulatory review. The standard contract size for BCH is 250 BCH, while the micro contract size is 25 BCH; the standard contract size for Uniswap is 10,000 UNI, and the micro contract size is 1,000 UNI. In the first half of 2026, the average daily contract volume for cryptocurrency futures and options at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange was 279,800 contracts, with a notional trading volume of $8.3 billion.
