  2. Not a First-Time User: The new user bonus is exclusively for individuals who are registering on WEEX for the very first time. If you have previously registered an account with WEEX, even if it's no longer active, you might not be eligible.
  3. Failure to Meet Deposit or Trading Volume Requirements: Many bonuses require a minimum first-time deposit amount or a specific trading volume (e.g., spot trading volume of 100 USDT or futures trading volume of 500 USDT) to be completed within a certain timeframe (e.g., within 7 days of registration). Ensure you have met these thresholds.
