YZi Labs announces support for 10X Capital to launch BNB Treasury Company, plans to go public in the United States
Odaily News YZi Labs announced that it will support investment institution 10X Capital to launch a treasury company focused on purchasing BNB, and plans to list it on major exchanges in the United States. The company is named The BNB Treasury Company and will be led by David Namdar, senior partner of 10X Capital and co-founder of Galaxy Digital, as CEO.
The project aims to provide US institutional and retail investors with access to BNB. Hans Thomas, founder and CEO of 10X Capital, said that BNB Chain is one of the worlds highest-performing and most user-intensive digital asset ecosystems, but US investors have limited access to the ecosystem. Ella Zhang, head of YZi Labs, added that expanding institutional access to BNB will have a positive impact on a wider user base.
The treasury company expects to announce the completion of the financing in the coming weeks.
