The Chinese name of MyStonks is officially designated as "Maitong," chosen through a collaborative effort by the global community.
BlockBeats News, July 16th, the MyStonks platform's "Chinese Name Global Solicitation Event" successfully concluded, and the official Chinese name was officially announced as "MaTong." This event brought together a large number of community members' submissions and enthusiastic votes, receiving nearly a thousand creative proposals. In the end, the Adopted Award was won by community user @DMW12123's work "MaTong" and was hired as a community ambassador. Additionally, five Creative Awards were also announced, awarded to the five winners with the names "MaiShiTong," "MaiDong," "ShengShiTongBao," "JuShiTong," and "WoDeSi."
"MaTong" is not only a transliteration of MyStonks, but also carries a deeper meaning of bridging Web3 and traditional finance, establishing a channel for global users to participate in digital securities and on-chain stock innovation services. As a pioneer in the RWA field, MyStonks pays tribute to an open, fair, and inclusive blockchain ecosystem with this Chinese name, embedding the decentralized concept into the brand's DNA.
This Chinese name solicitation event brought together the wisdom and creativity of Chinese-speaking users worldwide. The Adopted Award winner and many creative award winners witnessed the birth of the new brand together, embodying the Web3 culture of "everyone participates, collaborates, and shares." Community members deeply engaged in the decision-making process through submissions, voting, and other forms, making the brand more inclusive and dynamic, and demonstrating the core values of decentralization and collaborative innovation through practical actions.
