MyStonks announced on July 9, 2025, that it has obtained an MSB (Money Services Business) license issued by the U.S. FinCEN, becoming a pioneer in the U.S. digital asset and securities compliance field. According to the roadmap, MyStonks will complete the U.S. SEC Security Token Offering (STO) filing in July, launch the Merkle Tree on-chain asset proof mechanism, further enhancing asset transparency and user trust. In the future, MyStonks will advance its application for the EU MiCAR license in Q3-Q4 2025 and participate in the EU DLT Pilot Regime regulatory sandbox, exploring blockchain securities compliance innovation. From Q4 2025 to 2026, the platform will gradually apply for virtual asset service licenses in various locations such as Hong Kong VATP, Singapore MAS, Dubai VARA, Taiwan VASP, covering key markets in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. Beyond 2026, MyStonks will further expand into emerging markets such as Malaysia and Kazakhstan, enhance its global compliance network, and continue to solidify the foundation for internationalization and compliance development.
