Fireblocks Acquires Crypto Accounting Platform TRES for $130 Million

BlockBeats News, January 7th, according to Fortune report, blockchain infrastructure company Fireblocks has reached an agreement to acquire the crypto accounting platform TRES Finance, with the acquisition completed in cash and stock, totaling $1.3 billion.
This is Fireblocks' second acquisition in three months, with its core business focusing on helping enterprises hold and transfer digital assets. Last October, Fireblocks acquired the crypto wallet startup Dynamic for around $90 million.
