Avenir Group announced its latest portfolio and dynamic updates, including the multi-asset institutional trading platform CoinRoutes and the blockchain and trading technology solutions provider Metalpha.

On February 23, Avenir Group announced a strategic investment in CoinRoutes and established a deep partnership. This strategic investment and collaboration closely align with Avenir Group's integrated framework of "investment - incubation - operation," further consolidating its position as an institutional bridge connecting TradFi and the digital asset ecosystem. By combining Avenir Group's strong capital strength, global network resources, and long-term strategic vision with CoinRoutes' mature technological leadership, both parties aim to provide global institutional investors with top-notch execution capabilities, superior liquidity access, and higher capital efficiency.

Metalpha (NASDAQ: MATH) signed an MOU with Exos Financial and BlockchainK2 on February 25 to establish a joint venture focused on the U.S. institutional digital asset market. The core focus is on compliant OTC derivatives, hedging solutions, relative value strategies, and security-linked products.
